Once an agent has an executed listing or sale, they can choose to either email or scan and upload the required paperwork to our online system. At this point the broker is able to review the content instantly. Agents are always able to access their paperwork from any computer that has internet access, at their leisure. Team members can also email documents directly out of this system to anyone involved in the transaction.

This is a great system that allows agents to remain mobile and not have to carry around loads of paperwork while avoiding a drive to the office just to drop off a new listing or sale package.
